Area Anytime Fitness Clubs are Rated Best in Nation Again
(MONONA, Wis.)—Members of Madison-area Anytime Fitness locations have further proof of the quality of their clubs and staff, as Andy Gundlach, who owns 30 area clubs, was named Club Operator of the Year at the company’s annual conference Sept. 10 in Lake Placid, N.Y.
Gundlach also won the award in 2011 and 2012 and is the only franchisee to win the award more than once. The award looks at metrics such as member satisfaction and club growth.
“My sole focus has always been to help our members lead healthier, happier and more active lives,” Gundlach said. “This award is really a testament to our members who put in the time and effort toward their goals and take advantage of the opportunities we offer.”
The Madison native recently celebrated his 10th anniversary with the world’s largest and fastest-growing fitness franchise. He opened his 30th Anytime Fitness location last month in Evansville, Wis.
In the United States and Canada, more than 1,000 franchisees own approximately 2,200 Anytime Fitness clubs.
